Neo4j Desktop 1.5.8 Launches Zombie Processes Only

I cannot find any solution to this problem. When I install Neo4j Desktop 1.5.8 on my laptop, only three zombie processes launch. The desktop does not show up. I have tried complete uninstalls and restarts and reinstalls without success. I have tried removing all files related to Neo4j without success. The install will not launch the desktop window. Dead in the water.

Any suggestions?

Finally found it. In case anyone else hits this wall.

The combination of this:

Basically purge every directory listed, all the way up to the Neo4j folders.
