@IgorLytkin Hi, i am guessing you can use Pyviz or Dash Cytoscape if you want to build a PoC using graph Networks (you can augment the network graphs with other charts in Dash) which sounds ideal for your Masters project. Otherwise, when moving to production Neo4J should lead you. If you are not sure! You could check out the live demo in this article for clarity.
