Suggested Improvement.
I suggest moving this step:

"8 In the /usr/local/work folder, create a script named ListProcedures.sh that will write the list of procedures available to the Neo4j instance to the /usr/local/work/Procedures.txt file."

From "Exercise #7: Install a plugin" up earlier to the section "Retrieving available procedures".
The script is even hinted at in section "Example: Restart with plugin" but we haven't created it yet.
