With neo4j 4, do I have memory and cpu restrictions in community edition and can I use it freely in kubernetes?
I found aa bunch of blogs, a lot say different things so I just want to check it out 
There are special restrictions as such.
Please take a look at the differences here.
Cypher runtime may limit itself to few cpu cores.
Limit 34b..but they said no limits no surprises
Are you sure that those are up-to-date subscription packages?
That's the latest information available.
Enterprise version does not have limits.
