Instructions for installing the Neo4j v5 on a Raspberry Pi 4

In case anyone is looking for instructions for installing a Neo4j v5 database onto Raspberry Pi 4. Illustrates using the Linux executable, though the Debian package may be preferable.

Also includes instructions for using systemctl to autostart the database after restarts.

# Neo4j + Raspberry Pi Install Instructions
These steps tested using [Raspberry Pi Imager 1.7.4](https://www.raspberrypi.com/software/) loading Debian Bullseye with Raspberry Pi Desktop (2023-02-21) onto a 2019 [Rasbperry Pi 4](https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-4-model-b/) model B. All command examples are for running from a CLI/terminal.

## Java
Java is required to run a [Neo4j](https://neo4j.com) instance on a pi. [JDK version 17+](https://openjdk.org/projects/jdk/17/) is recommended when using [Neo4j v5.5.0+](https://neo4j.com/docs/getting-started/current/)

To check your current version (if any):
```CLI
java -version
```
