I’m taking the Importing Data Fundamentals course. I’ve already completed everything else.
I’m trying to complete these two topics, Add Directed Relationship and Add Users Ratings, but I can’t access the sandbox. I did all the topics on Neo4j Aura, but I can’t transfer them here. What should I do?

Are you trying with the real connection url, as your screen shot has a place holder

There should be an actual url sent in an email.
One thing I did when the sandbox was out is sync with the course was to delete the sandbox. It would recreated the next time I reentered the course.
Hi. I'm having the same issue as the person above, but I've had no separate email about the sandbox instance with a URL and can't find anything in my account about it, either. Any advice on what someone should do next?
