How to manage complex rule based styling

I want to create several rule based stylings to adjust the color and size of relationship connections based on a relationship property value integer.

When I create them in bloom they are all just generically named for the name of the property - so trying to manage/edit these is very difficult (you have to open each rule to look at it)

Is there any way to give each rule a descriptive name (like rel count les than 500, rel count 501-5000, rel count 5001-15000)
so When editing it is a little more comprehensive?

Otherwise I end up with a dozen rules all names "interaction_count" which tells me nothing about the rule - other than it is one of many for that property.

Or is there a CLI or text based editor that I can use to manage the rule based stylings?

Thanks!
