How can I import data into neo4j container locally for the course Building Neo4j Applications with Python?

I got a problem with the pytest tests/02_movie_list__test.py in local. The error show that

The test works in the gitpod. I think that the problem is that the local database does not set up the data initially.
Could someone help me to import the data to the local neo4j docker container?
