I am new to graphs, but not new to databases. Earlier in my career I was product manager for Microsoft’s database & developer learning products and certifications (MCDBA, MCSD) up through the SQL Server 2005 era (Redmond, WA).
Today, I am managing director of unipro solutions a boutique consulting firm and focus on turning qualitative customer insight into practical, repeatable decision support.
What I’m working on:
Creating the fundamentals of a graph-based central customer-intelligence system that helps teams reason over customer progress (functional & emotional needs in context) and produce more relevant outputs for product, marketing, and CX.
What I’m here to learn:
Best practices for data modeling & Cypher, deduping and governance patterns, and graph-aware RAG (how to pass entities + relationships effectively to LLMs).
What I can contribute:
Helping organizations build a customer-intelligence knowledge graph.
