HELP! Neo4j Uninstall Deleted Everything in MyDocuments Folder

So I just uninstalled Neo4J Desktop and I clicked the button to 'clean up' Neo4j files. I think that was a big mistake because the uninstall deleted EVERYTHING in MyDocuments folder. I had a ton of very important documents in there that were not backed up. How the F did this happen?! Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anyway to get the files back? They are not in my recycle bin. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Do you know which version of Neo4j Desktop you were using?

And do you know where you configured Desktop to save your database data?

I don't know the exact version number but I installed in in January or February of this year so I am assuming it was the latest version. I also left all of the default options when installing, so where ever the default database location is is how I had it configured.
