I am looking to engage someone from the community to help set up our first AWS instance* of neo4j cloud.

*From what I have read The first AWS instance is “free”. Free Cloud Computing Services - AWS Free Tier

We just became part of the start-up program.

Is this appropriate to ask the community?

For the free tier on AWS you'll want a single instance and not a clustered deployment.
