I am from Beijing China and works as a Bioinformatician. A few weeks ago, I wanted to store a protein-protein association data set into a database. This data set contains 10,000 nodes and 5,000 * 9,999 relationships (these nodes interact with each other). After google, I found Neo4j may satisfy my requirements. So I come here.
