GUI For Cypher And Graphical Queries

Is there a graphical interface for Cypher queries or for queries into Neo4j graph topology in general?

The Microfocus UCMDB product -- based on a graph database -- has an excellent graphical interface for its graph database topology queries, the Topology Query Language (TQL).

Here is an example from How to Define a TQL Query.

In my view, Neo4j will not enjoy its full potential until it has a graphical interface into its query language.

It could be a great add especially for new comers. I think there is a bit of that in Neo4j Bloom and also in the Graph Query Language (GQL).
