I am trying to use the Neo4J for sample network mapping , it works brilliant. Throw the data and it can build the relationship which is useful . Planning to make the neo4j connect to the logs to dynamic updates the status . Is there a plugin or data connect to be used for log server ? TFTP ?

Connecting to files directly creates an unnecessary coupling. A clean architecture would be via a stream / messaging queue or custom openTelemetry consumer to ingest to Neo4J.
