GraphAcademy Sandbox database does not exist

I cannot complete certain lessons in the “Importing Data Fundamentals“ course because the ‘Check Database’ part is failing with a 500 error. I could see the below error causing the 500 - “Unable to get a routing table for database '965d17c0' because this database does not exist“. I’ve tried multiple times on different days. I can open the sandbox database on https://workspace.neo4j.io/ though. Below is the database connection URL:

965d17c0.databases.neo4j.io:7687

Can somebody help me fix this? Thanks in advance.
