Graph optimization problem (f.e. SparseOptimizer) in Neo4j

Dear comunity,

Im currently working on the Loop Closer problem by using the Neo4j database.

It there some functions integrated into the Neo4j that can provide optimization on the loop? (like SparseOptimizer() in g2o)
