My company has a start up trial of neo4j bloom, when one of my collegues goes to start the app they get this error "Graph App 'Neo4j Bloom' is damaged and can't be opened. Please re-install the app" they have both the latest release of neo4j desktop and bloom installed on their machine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Kind regards,
Sam.
Find the folder where Neo4j Desktop stores its data. On Linux it's in ~/.config/Neo4j Desktop. Mac/Windows might use a different one.
First close Desktop. From within that folder navigate to Application/graphApps and remove the neo4j-bloom folder, but keep the tar.gz files. After a launch of Desktop the neo4j-bloom folder should be regenerated.
