Error for apt install neo4j - Depends: cypher-shell (< 1.2.0) but it is not going to be installed

It wants to install cypher-shell 4.0.0 but depends on < 1.2.0

$ apt install neo4j-enterprise

This is a known issue that will be resolved. Meanwhile try this one:

sudo apt install neo4j-enterprise cypher-shell=1.1.12

When I try this I get the following msg:

sudo apt install neo4j-enterprise cypher-shell=1.1.12

E: Unable to locate package neo4j-enterprise

what do I need to do to solve this issue?
