Desktop Browser Doesn't Connect on MacOS Catalina

Moving things to a new computer and in the process the old computer was Mojave and the new one is Catalina Operating system. I used a Time Machine backup to set up the new computer.

I can launch desktop browser and start a database. The ones from the old system seem to have come over. After starting database from desktop, I try to open browser and get an error.

"Graph App 'Neo4j Browser' can't be opened. See logs for more info. Re-installing the app might resolve the issue." I have done a reinstall including getting new key. It should be noted that Bloom launches and works as do some other graph apps including Commander and Graphlytic.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
