Requirements:LumosAI is building a graph-based intelligence platform that unifies organisational signals across people, customers, operations, services, and finance into a single Integrated Experience (IX) model.
This is not another AI dashboard or LLM wrapper.
It is a new operating layer for organisations: diagnostics → intelligence → decision support → action.
We are seeking a Founding / Fractional CTO to co-own the technical vision, architecture, and long-term defensibility of the platform.

Organisations suffer from:

Diagnostics that describe problems but don’t model causality or trade-offs

The CTO’s Core Mandate
You will co-create the technical foundation of LumosAI.
Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the core system architecture

Translate the IX model & Clue Sheet into:

Graph schema
-
Data ingestion patterns
-
Intelligence layers
-

Design the AI orchestration strategy (LLMs + rules + graphs)
-
Define APIs, services, and platform boundaries
-
Make defensible architectural decisions that support IP strategy
-
Build & mentor early technical hires (when appropriate)
You are not expected to “do everything”, but you are expected to think deeply.
