While taking the training courses, I encountered an issue connecting to the sandbox.
Error connecting to sandbox
Could not perform discovery. No routing servers available. Known routing table: RoutingTable[database=default database, expirationTime=0, currentTime=1727160306509, routers=, readers=, writers=]
The error appears when I log in with my LinkedIn account, regardless of the browser or device. However, when I log in using my Google account, the problem disappears.
Hi,
That is very strange. I just tested by registering and logging into GraphAcademy with my linkedIn account and I couldnt replicate the issue.
I logged into sandbox.neo4j.com with the same linkedin account and could see that a sandbox had been created for me.
Would you mind testing again? I wonder whether there was a temporary issue with linkedin auth?!
At least you have a solution using your google account.

Hi, Martin!
Thank you for your answer! I'm not sure how it's connected, but my sandbox wasn't working for a week, and after your response, it started working again.
Thats good, sorry I cant provide more explanation.
Fyi - GraphAcademy uses sandbox to create the database instances you use in the courses.
