Can't connect to Aura from Brazil

Hey all, I have an Aura instance that I can connect to and use. When my colleague runs the same script with the same credentials, he gets this error.

Unable to retrieve routing information
Failed to connect to Neo4j: Service is unavailable.
Error details: Unable to retrieve routing information

He created his own instance and tried with his own credentials, same error. Does anyone know what could be going on? He is in Brazil.

Hi, do you know if your colleague has a firewall restricting the use of custom ports? Neo4j uses the following ports: https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/configuration/ports/
