Cannot reinstall neo4j Desktop

In the windows 10 version of neo4j, the default databases neo4j and system no longer comes up. I would like to start over. But, when I try to get a new download for neo4j Desltop, I get the following file:

neo4j-2025.10.1-1.noarch (7).rpm

The instruction assume a .zip file as the download. I don’t know what to do with the .rpm file. How can get a fresh download so that I can start over?

a .rpm file is a redhat package manager file.
From where did you download Neo4j Desktop? When I go to

scroll down to the section named Neo4j Desktop

and click the drop downs on the right and select Version and Windows the resultant download is named neo4j-desktop-2.0.5-x64.exe
