Cannot create sandbox

Hi all,

I can't seem to set up a sandbox. Every time I try it spins for 60 seconds without sending a verification email, and says "something went wrong" if I try to resend the mail. Is anyone else experiencing this, and/or is there a way to fix things?

I'm trying to create a space manually because the one in the graph academy seems unable to initialise at all, so I can't properly complete the courses there.

Hi,

Sorry that you have experienced problems, and thank you for letting us know.

Yesterday afternoon the sandbox team pushed a fix regarding an issue other uses were experiencing. Could you check to see if the problem has now been resolved?
