Where can I find documentation on the use of algorithms in Neo 4.0?

I think you are referring to the neo4j graph algorithms?
They have not been released for neo4j 4.0, yet.

They are available with neo4j 3.5 release, and the ebook

provides a nice introduction.

Thanks, I had already used the algorithms in version 3.5, but I understood that they had already been released in version 4.0, or so they told me on the graph tour in Madrid
