The Kansas City Graph Databases Meetup is planning a workshop to share graph concepts with kids. I bet the Neo4j community has great ideas for activities. We'll be working with 5th graders (10-11 years old), but we welcome your ideas for any age. I have posted some content on Github. Feel free to share your ideas here in the forum or contribute to the Github repo.
