What is the right concept of real-time recommendation in neo4j?

I want to know how can i implement the concept of real-time recommendation using Neo4j in chatbot

It's really confuse to know and use the concept of real-time recommendation in neo4j through chatbot

My understanding is to use the responses from chatbot and to frame the cypher query to get the best possible match and return. There are some white papers on this. You can refer those

I just want to know the basic concept of real-time recommendation in neo4j.

It's so huge point so that I can't catch that how can I implement that.
