I am a novice to Neo4j and we have a neo4j db which is currently at 4.x version. We want to upgrade to the stable 5.x version. Before we start, are there any prerequisites and steps to migrate Neo4j from 4.x to 5.x version. Kindly share the information for planning. Thanks in advance.

- We are using a 4.4.35 Neo4j community edition in our development environment.
