V5 Migration Readiness Report - What is Ambiguous Grouping?

Hi,

I'm looking to update my Aura instance from V4 to V5 and I've been using the Migration Readiness Report to identify and resolve deprecations.

The report has highlighted a query with the deprecation type of "Ambiguous grouping" and another with "FunctionAmbiguous grouping", but I can't find any documentation or guidance on what these actually mean.

Can anyone help by explaining, ideally with an example?

Hi Simon,
Thanks for posting about the migration readiness report issue.
Within the MRR results, for each query you should be able to click the magnifier to see more details, including a link to the docs.
Specifically on the ambiguous grouping issues, if you could please post a screenshot of an example where this is reported we could take a look and provide some more guidance. Ideally with the query and the message you are seeing.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your response. Sorry, I didn't spot the issues details below the query on the modal that appears when you click on the magnifier (they were very long queries). This is the guidance I was looking for so I should be ok now.
