Transaction logs location for sandbox

I am trying to look for transaction logs in the sandbox environment. A) Is it possible to get them? B) If so, where might I have to look for them.

Yes in the managed environment you don't get direct access.

But if you download a dump/snapshot from either sandbox or auradb those contain the last tx-logs.
