This submission embraced the spirit of the challenge from the very beginning. Using real-world data from OpenAlex, Semantic Scholar, Crossref, and the USPTO, Venkata built a Neo4j knowledge graph that traces how academic research flows into patents, companies, and innovation.

This was one of the most technically impressive submissions we've seen in the competition, transforming a GitHub codebase into an intelligent Neo4j knowledge graph with GraphRAG, vector search, embeddings, GDS analytics, and LLM-powered question answering. It was exceptionally well documented and showcased nearly every concept from the Processing learning path in a polished developer tool.

Every completed course counts toward your total, and the learner with the most completions will be crowned the GraphAcademy Cup Champion 2026.
