Response Time slow For simple queries

We are facing performance issue with ne04j enterprise edition instance.
CPU touching at 100% after running simple queries .
Instance Details:
->Neo4j Enterprise Edition
->CPU=1
->Storage=2GB
->Neo4j version:4
