I'm building a knowledge-graph layer over Swiss property management ERPs (ImmoTop2, Garaio REM, Rimo R5) and I need someone to turn the business domain into a proper graph model with me.
The setup
I know the domain: owners, management companies, properties, rental units, leases, tenants, damage cases, contractors — and how they actually behave in practice, including the messy parts. What I don't have is the modeling craft to formalize it correctly, and I'd rather have it built right once than refactor it three times.
What I'm looking for
Someone who sits down with me, extracts the domain through competency questions, and comes back with a model that survives contact with real ERP data. The hard parts I already know are coming: temporal validity (a lease, a rent level, an ownership stake are all valid for a period and get corrected retroactively), management handovers mid-lease, and the fact that no two property management firms mean quite the same thing by the same word.
Target is Neo4j, so I need someone who thinks in labeled property graphs — clean, queryable Cypher, not RDF-style reification carried over by habit.
Profile
- Has modeled a non-trivial domain in an LPG, not just OWL on paper
- Comfortable with n-ary relationships and validity intervals in a property graph
- Works from competency questions, not from class diagrams
Scope and terms
Roughly 8–12 days: two workshop days, modeling, one review round. Remote is fine; I'm in Switzerland (CET). Paid at a market day rate — tell me yours. Possible follow-on work if it goes well.
