Not able to connect the Free Instance to the graph builder

Trouble Connecting Aura Free Instance to Graph Builder (Error: Cannot Resolve Address)

Hey everyone,
I’m trying to connect my Neo4j AuraDB Free instance to the LLM Graph Builder at https://llm-graph-builder.neo4jlabs.com, but I keep getting this error:

“Cannot resolve address ”

Here’s my setup:

  • Aura instance: Free tier (RUNNING)

  • Protocol: neo4j+s

  • URI: ab336f1e.databases.neo4j.io

  • Database: neo4j

  • Username: neo4j

  • Password: (from my Aura credentials file)

  • Browser: Chrome on Windows 11

The database connects fine to Aura, but the Graph Builder keeps showing the DNS resolution error.
I’ve tried switching to a mobile hotspot and incognito mode, same issue.

Has anyone faced this before or found a workaround for Aura Free instances not connecting through the Graph Builder UI?
Would really appreciate any insights or config tweaks that helped you get past this. :folded_hands:
