I'm having problems getting NEuler to work.
NEuler hangs on refreshing when I need to connect to a database. I got all the plugins installed.
Neo4j Desktop 4.1.4.
Please can you help?

I hope so. Could you try on the hosted version of NEuler and then look at the log in development tools to see if you get any errors?

Thanks Mark, the hosted version works perfectly without errors, so I am no longer stuck :-). Can I check the logging somewhere for the local version to see what could be going on?

Oh that's weird! In theory they are both the same 
You need to turn on 'Development Mode', which will give you access to Chromium's dev tools. Instructions for that are describe on Graph App Development for Neo4j Desktop - Developer Guides
