I want to ask which neo4j latest version is compatible with spatial plugin ?

I am not a user, but from the documentation it mentions neo4j server 4.4.3 as the latest. I suspect it would work with newer versions of 4.x as well.
You could try with version 5 server and see. I remember when I upgraded to version 5, I had to do some minor refactoring to my custom procedures to make them compatible. It wasn’t much for my code. Try and see
The spatial plugin has recently been ported to Neo5j 5. The current (September 2024) release is available [here](5.20.0: Release Release 5.20.0 · neo4j-contrib/spatial · GitHub).
