can we add some other bolt connections to neo4j sandbox if yes then how ?

What do you mean by adding other bolt connections?
I meant apart from localhost 7687
Do you mean connect to the sandbox from your laptop, using Neo4j Desktop? The sandbox instance by is running in its own container which is not on your localhost.
