Neo4j Desktop 1.2.3, 4.0.0 database Fails to Create

I'm using Neo4j Desktop 1.2.3 on a Mac.
When I try to create a new 4.0.0 database, it fails with the errors.
Database failed to create.
Distribution download error: No request found for id: undefined.

Whereas, when i create a 3.5.12 database, it works fine.
What am I missing for 4.0.0?

I believe there was this bug in 1.2.3 and was fixed by Neo4j Desktop 1.2.4.
Could you please try upgrading it to next and check once?

I tried your suggestion and I'm now able to create 4.0.0 neo4j graph databases!
