Thank you for the reply. Apologies for my limited knowledge on what Paas is.

We have an Azure cloud platform at work and want to know more how to use Neo4j. One option is to access it (graph database as well as data science) within Azure environment or as a totally separate cloud platform outside Azure. What will be my options for both scenarios ?

Neo4j Aura is available on Azure in early access. It's also available on Google Cloud and Amazon Web services.

Otherwise you can always install neo4j manually on any server and from any provider but you will have to handle everything.
