I am trying to work through the examples at Inferencing/Reasoning - Neosemantics. When I fetch an ontology it seems to work; I get a status of OK and a report of triples parsed and triples loaded. (I do not, however, see a graph as illustrated on that web page. I have no way of knowing if that is significant.)
When I attempt to query the graph using neosemantics inference I do not get any nodes returned. This has happened for both the movies example and the TCBI taxon example.
Since I am new to Neo4j, I wonder if there are any diagnostic queries I might run to learn more about the state of the graphs and which might help me diagnose the problem?
