Is the Arrows app dead? Doesn't seem like there has been any activity in a while (last commit was Dec 2020).
It was a good tool with a lot of potential.
I also use LuciChart to sketch graph models and add annotations. While it is not as fast as Arrows to draw up a sketch, LucidChart gives the user more options to be as detailed as your heart's content.

Yeah lucidChart is good. We have been using Hackolade and both seem real good for ERD for RDBMs but not as easy and fluid as Arrows
I use the arrows app regularly for quick data modeling. It is a great planning tool for me.

dead? how so? are you getting a 404? Seems to be fully operational and not dead.
or is this simply a matter of is there any further development planned? Are there specific areas of functionality of interest.
Maint and future development..my bad..should have been clear in what I meant by 'dead'. 
As far areas to focus on, there are some good quality of life issues to fix in the Issues tab to start. I still use it but was wondering Neo4j is dropping it like some of the other Labs projects
