During the academic semester, culminating in July 2025, 83 out of 88 students enrolled in the Big Data course of the Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering at the School of Technology of IPCB successfully obtained the international Neo4j Certified Professional certification

This certification validates advanced skills in graph database modeling and querying, an emerging technology that enables the representation and exploration of complex relationships between data — crucial for applications such as social network analysis, fraud detection, intelligent recommendation systems, and knowledge graphs.
Neo4j is a global leader in graph database technology, and this achievement highlights the technical excellence and commitment of the students, who applied classroom knowledge to solve real-world data challenges.
In addition, several students also earned the AWS Academy Graduate – AWS Academy Data Engineering 
and AWS Academy Graduate – AWS Academy Cloud Foundations certifications through the AWS Academy program, strengthening their expertise in data engineering and cloud computing.
