I am using the free instance of the neo4j aura console , for me the create api key option is not enabled , so how can I get the api key of the neo4j to use it through the .net

apologies and correction. Per


AuraDB Virtual Dedicated Cloud users, and AuraDS Enterprise users 
have unrestricted access to creating API credentials. However, users
 with Free and Professional instances must have entered billing 
information or be a member of a marketplace project before they 
can create API credentials.

and as this is Aura Free, it is expected that the [Create] button is not clickable.

For my experience using Aura Free it is clickable but thats as a result of some internal override given I am an Neo4j employee
