on Windows 11, Desktop 1.6.1, LOAD CSV with headers from "file:///nw.csv as row return row, got error Neo.ClientError.Statement.ExternalResourceFailed
have server.directories.import = import and dbms.security.allow_csv_import_from_file_urls=true set.

No error is in the log file.

Is this local database? Where did you place the nw.csv file?

Thank you for your response. Yes, the file is in the import directory. The issue was resolved after I saved the file in CSV (MS-DOS) format, rather than simply using the .csv file extension. I hope the desktop provides more informative messages in the future.
