How to encode huge categorical into correct insights into neo4j

If I understand correctly, it seems that you need a hierarchical categorization

(Subcategory)-[:BELONGS_TO]->(Category)

In that way you have One Category "Laptop" with Four Subcategories ..Im ok ?
