According to the recommandation [here](https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/database-internals/transaction-logs/), please, I need help to to configure transaction logs to be stored on a dedicated device like D: knowing that my server runing in C:. The neo4j version is 5.11.

Transaction logging - Operations Manual describes how to configure it in your conf/neo4j.conf.
Also if this is an existing install presumably after configuring you would want to move any existing transaction logs to this new location.
In fact, just copy all the folders and files into another drive before change it.
