Hello all - I have a startup mobile app currently using the free community version of neo4j and am trying to upgrade to managed or enterprise version. The app (social connection) already exists and we are using neo4j to store connections data between users. Unfortunately, I cant seem to find any documentation with respect to backing this data up before migrating to a more scalable, professional version. I am worried about losing this data for all of my existing users. I have tried emailing, calling, and tweeting at neo4j and have not gotten any responses. This also has me concerned for the future of using the service as if I am successful in my venture, I would like to at least have some ability to communicate with someone from support.
Thanks in advance for your help in this matter - I am currently blocked on pushing out my app to the masses because my team does not have confidence in the scalability of the app in its current architecture.
Upgrading from CE to either AuraDB or EE should be straightforward: take a dump of your CE database and load it into the new one.

Thank you @john.stegeman !! Will try this and get back to you
@contactsreinvented
but if you have managed or enterprise version then you should have an account on support.neo4j.com whereby you can enter a support ticket. Was this done?
@dana_canzano my team and I are pretty confused. We dont have the managed or enterprised version right now. We have the community version. I signed up for a free trial of the enterprise version, filled out a form, but never heard from anyone on neo4j side. My team and I have 2 primary objectives here.
- determine which is better for us for both scalability and cost effectiveness between managed and enterprise.
- ensure we can backup and migrate the data that currently sits in our community version of neo4j. Team has tried this and say they have not been able to have the backup and restore on the community version.
If possible, we would love to get on the phone with someone to sort this out. We've been blocked on this for a couple of weeks so I'm grateful for your attention on this!!
