Is it a Neo4j 4.0 or a 3.5.x instance? Try with 3.5.x

It is a 3.5.14 instance, and graphlytic is version 2.2.1.
No luck with a 4.0, nor with a 3.4.14 unfortunately.
In all cases, under manage/plugins it states under the plugin that "
Failed to find compatible version"
Hi, please try to remove Graphlytic from your Neo4j Desktop Project and add it again. Sometimes Neo4j Desktop can't install the plugin correctly but it works after removing and inserting back.
Note: Next version of Graphlytic Desktop (release is planned for end of February) will be without the plugin so it should be easier to install and manage.
the Graphlytic Desktop 3.0.0 was released today.
Please try to upgrade it in your Neo4j Desktop (if the upgrade doesn’t start automatically just remove and add Graphlytic again).
This version is not using any Neo4j plugins which resolved the issues with installation and starting of the app.
The Neo4j 4.0 is not supported yet (should be added in 1-2 weeks), but 3.5.6+ are supported.
Any luck with the neo4j 4 version.?

Hi, sorry, I forgot to reply to this thread. Graphlytic Desktop 3.0.2 with Neo4j 4.x support was released few weeks ago. Please try it out and let me know in case of any issues.

I'm having trouble getting Graphlytics to work on macOS Mojave with Neo4j Desktop 1.3.3
The app starts loading and initiates the server on port 8110 but then stops with a red error box. The log file says:

Issue solved by installing the current Neo4j Desktop. The current release of Graphlytic apparently stopped working with older Desktop versions

Graphlytic Desktop 3.5+ works only with Java 11. Neo4j Desktop prior to 1.4.4 uses Java 8 as the default JVM version. That's why you needed to upgrade Neo4j Desktop.
If Graphlytic isn't working after installation, check Neo4j Desktop setup and review the .Neo4jDesktop folder for errors. Confirm Graphlytic and Neo4j Desktop compatibility, update both applications, and consult documentation or community forums for troubleshooting guidance. If issues persist, share specific error details for more targeted assistance.
