Got no email after t-shirt redeem

I completed my certification but go no email regarding that.

We are working to fix this now, so hopefully you should be getting this soon. Could you reach back out in a few days if you haven't seen an update?

@jennifer_reif I had the same issue, I haven't received an email either. I passed the exam on 12 Aug, is there any email confirmation or tracking number available for the t-shirt redeem?
