Feature matrix comparing community and enterprise versions?

Does anyone know of a feature matrix listing out the features in neo4j by license?

i.e.
community edition has x features
enterprise edition has x + y features

I've managed to answer my own question.
Here's a feature comparison that I've found:
Cloud & Self-Hosted Graph Database Platform Pricing | Neo4j Pricing
Under Graph Database -> Self-Managed

Why, other than to drive more users to the Enterprise version, has the Community version been so knee-capped?

Is there any actual technical reason to limit the:

  • Graph Size
  • CPU amount
  • Clustering
  • etc.

I was expecting neo4j to be a graph database version of something like PostgreSQL.
